external subtitles...

Yesterday a bought dvd+blu-ray creator lifetime license,but today i was disappointed when i tried to add in the correct avi,the correct subtiles.I think this problem with subs never solved in dvdfab.Can someone of dvdfabteam do something for this?It create a dvd folder in my disk,but the video is without subtitles...

They passed 2 versions of dvdfab and the problem with subtitles is still there!Do will someone fix this problem?i didn't pay 100euro for something which it doesn't works...Is really so difficult?
