    Fault???

Okay, this is really weird and annoying.

After purchasing a lifetime licence for DVD Creator I have only used it a few times, but it did work well, except for still getting the trial message at the end.

Now today it is NOT working well at all.

I have NOT changed anything, did everything as before, same way, same computer, the preview showed perfectly, it said all was okay when it finished, however the DVD picture was virtually ONLY a vertical thin line, audio okay.

I actually closed down the computer and restarted it then tried again, but exactly the same happened again, the DVDs in a DVD player or on the computer just has a very thin vertical line, well it is the picture but of course NOT watchable, the file plays perfectly on the same computer and as I said the preview shows perfectly

    Help PLEASE...................

Click on the blue question mark at the top, the bottom selection should take you to the folder where they are.

Sorry, in all the years I have had DVDFab I have NEVER even looked at the files before, so NOT too sure, I thought that WAS the files.

                Will have another look.

It was an mp4 file I was converting to a DVD.

                    Obviously a major fault.

NOT too sure about these files, hope these are they...........

                          Same Messed Up Results

I also recently got a lifetime subscription to the DVD Creator portion.

I tried to convert a 1920x1080 avi file and I got a maybe 50 pixel wide very tall result.

I then converted the video to 720x480 using another companies converter. That worked fine but when I tried to use DVD Creator to create a DVD from that new file it resulted in a 720x480 a 4:3 out of ratio DVD.

I can use some help as well.

Was it as now suggested introduced (accidentally) in 8-2-1-3
