Bluray creator

Hi
Can anybody help because I do not know if this is possible.
I am wanting to put a complete series of DVD episodes onto a bluray disc that will play on a bluray player, I can use DVDfab to rip out the individual episodes but when I try to use DVDfab bluray creator it just hangs at the beginning and doesnt start.
I used to use a DVD authoring program to do this with DVD's that could create a menu but I want say 10 hour long episodes so only a bluray disc is big enough ?

You can try to do like this:
Use "DVD Ripper" module, convert DVD to a mkv file; then add these mkv files and use "Bluray Creator".

Bluray creator

I have converting some video to .mkv files and they load OK into bluray creator but it still refuses to start I left it for 10 minutes but was still on 0.0%and nothing on the progress bar.
Also
I have a guide from the dvdfab tutorials but this version looks differant to the one i am using (9.0.1.6) it doesnt show the box with the playback order.
Also
Can a front end menu be created like in dvd authouring software or will it play as one big file (video file)
