Source files are HD MKV files with subtitles, DVD's play perfectly, but no subtitles using IMGBurn and DVD5. Default subtitles are checked off and play in VLC on computer.

For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log
DVDFab Player 5:
For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log -

Please post the file info(useful for us to check the issue), check it by MediaInfo. It's a free tool. http://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log

If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
