    DVD Creator

I now find that DVD Creator is completely dead in the water. I have had problems in the past but now it gets as far as 5% in the task schedule and keeps on cycling with no progress for about 45 minutes when I close the program. DVD Fab continues to work well. I am using Newsagent, is this the problem, have they been advised to cease all connections with DVD Fab. I have been forced into using 3rd party software which works very well. Comments appreciated as I wish to remain loyal to DVD Fab.

        Hi my friend
I did a test for you using creator which ran successfully creating a DVD, the only thing was I got a Windows popup saying DVDFab 9 has stopped working and will be closed but, I had a full movie created.
I don't see anything in your log that jumps out at me.

          DVD Creator

CBR 929 Many thanks for checking the log. I checked it on both my computers with different Graphic cards and loads of memory same result. Task Schedule immediately jumps to 5% and freezes. I also get that pop up message all the time while attempting to use the Creator mode. I now accept the fact that my DVD Creator is Kaput, luckily I have alternatives. Once again many thanks for your time and patience. Jak.

            Hi jacobean
Do you have the ability to us an older version like before?
If not, you know you can always get them from me if you need them.
Sorry I could not help any further.

              DVD Creator

Hi! CBR929 Yes I have been keeping all the versions of DVD Fab and while my initial DVD Copy works I really do not want to mess it up with the Creator Mode, So therefore it is time to retire that segment of the program and avoid all sorts of future aggravation. Once again many thanks for your support and WILL stay in touch. Jak

I made an mkv and an avi to check this with 9.1.3.6 and both worked fine with the need to close the program message at the end. I made both files with DVDFab so the issue Fab is having may be with the source file(s) Jak.

                  DVD Creator

Yes, I think that could very well be the problem. My new program behaves the way DVD Fab Creator used to perform, which was excellent. Again, Guys many thanks for your assistance. This is one of the many reasons that I will continue with DVDfab, thanks to folk like CBR929 and yourself. Jak
