Subtitle synch problems from MKV

Hi everyone,

I'm using the bluray creator to make blurays of MKV files. The MKV files I've been using have optional subtitle tracks.

I can get the subs to burn on the bluray disc, but when I view the completed disc, the subtitles are always out of synchronization. When I watch the MKV file, the subtitles are perfectly synched, but when the finished disc comes out, the subs always start about 5 or 6 minutes late, and continue with that displacement for the rest of the time.

Has anyone encountered this problem? I wonder if there's something I'm doing incorrectly.

Hi,

Would you please post the DVDFab internal log file and source info (export by the free tool "MediaInfo")?

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
