cannot read disc

Hi - I cannot play any blu-ray disc burned by dvdFab 9.1.7.9 'blu-ray creator' on my PC player nor on two blu-ray/dvd players. The disc is either not seen or is rejected. I am PAL region 2.
Unsurprisingly dvdFAb can read the disc and will rip it to an .mkv file which plays 'perfectly'.
My PC player does burn universally accepted blu-ray discs if I use a different burner.
I suspect dvdFab is burning an NTSC disc but I cannot find an option to select PAL format...
What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated.

dvdfab cannot convert pal to ntsc or ntsc to pal. there are free tools out there
that can convert the format. GOOGLE is your friend.

Hi - knew I should not have added my 'suspicion'!.
What is my problem - how do I get an unreadable (by anything except dvdFab) blu-ray disc? I used 'blu-ray creator' to put some .mts and .wmv videos onto one disc.

check the options in your bluray players to see if there is a setting for pal to ntsc
or check and see if there is a region free code for your players.

Hi - it is now my understanding that blu-ray region 0 works worldwide and NTSC and PAL are irrelevant? However the disc must be 1080 i/p?
I burned my original disc at BD50 (the default setting). Have now burned successfully at BD25 1080i/p (am using 25GB discs).
So I have a working solution - thanks october262 for your time.
