Problem with á, é, í, ó, ú and ñ...

Hi all:

I create a DVD from a video file and a srt and when I play it the vowels with accents (á, é, Ã, ó, ú) are not displayed as well either the letter 'ñ'.
I save the srt to Unicode, UTF and ANSI, but the result is the same ...
Any suggestions?
