Pixelation when converting mkv to Blu-ray ISO

Hi, trying to convert an mkv file (x264) to Blu-ray iso. The mkv loads up fine, shows as EN PCM_S16BE/5.1, but when I preview it within Creator before converting, the preview window shows the mkv as severely pixelated. After conversion, it is also severely pixelated. Wondering if this mkv is "too hi-res" for the Creator mkv codec. If not, which log should I attach to this post for your review?

From the .nfo of the mkv:

    ViDEO INFO:

    █ BITS PER PIXEL ....: 0.210 B/px █
    █ RESOLUTION ........: 1920x800 █
    █ FRAME RATE ........: 23.976 FPS █
    █ VIDEO SIZE ........: 8.01 GB █
    █ █
    █ AUDIO INFO: █
    █ ---------------- █
    █ AUDIO FIRST .......: 1536 Kbps 6 chnls DTS English █
    █ AUDIO SECOND ......:

Of note, playing the mkv with PowerDVD or GOMPlayer shows no pixelation.

    Thanks!
