    LG BD530 blue ray player

Does anyone know if the LG BD530 blue ray player has Cinavia protection? Just bought this and haven't received it yet from amazon.

It might or might not, my buddy bought a LG BD550 and when he got it, it did have Cinavia, but wouldn't pop up with an error message when Cinavia kicked in, so I updated the firmware on it and LG had taken Cinavia off! So, if it does, try updating the firmware.
