    Unable to burn

    Have never successfully copied any Blu-Ray disc to date (although DVD copies are working fine). Previously attempted to copy "Life" narrated by Oprah Winfrey. DVDFab would never complete read process - generated no error message - simply hung. Currently attempting to copy "Crash". The read process seems to go normally but the burn process fails after just a few seconds. Sometimes I see a (Windows?) error dialog box with the title "Format Disc" and a message of "You do not have sufficient rights to the perform this operation" (I'm logged in as an Admin). DVDFab stops with a Task_2 Failed. Error = 122

    I'm using a Pioneer BDR-206 burner and Ritek 25 GB media. Gateway PC running Windows 7 Ultimate -32bit. 4GB RAM (typically about 60% free). See attached logs:

    Try these to see if you can get it fixed

    Hi, clicar,

    This error ( Task 2 Error 122 ) may be caused by compatibility problems, the blank media is poorly supported by your BD drive.

    Please try the following steps to see if the problem can be fixed:

    1. Slow down the burning speed: Instead of 8.x, change to 2.x;
    2. Try different brand media, which are in excellent quality;
    3. Try different format media like BD-R/RE if your BD writer supports;
    4. Check the drive/media compatibility at http://www.videohelp.com/dvdwriters

    Sincerely Yours
    Malcolm Wang
