Create restrict compatible avchd folder ?

I am backing up my blu ray collection to a PC and would like to have it play in total home theater 5 as well as be able to burn disks of the movie at a later date to play in other rooms of the house.

To save on space I am compressing down into BD9

Do I want the with certificate folder or without for this task? If i back up to BD 25 or 50 does this selection mater at all ?

    AVCHD (BD5/BD9) Compatibility Settings

    Hi, snarkys,

Create restrict compatible AVCHD folder structure(without certificate folder): If you play the disc that you ripped in stand-alone player, please enable this radio button.
Create software player friendly AVCHD folder structure(with certificate folder): If you play the disc that you ripped in software player, please enable this radio button.

Side Note: These two settings apply to BD5 and BD9 discs, when you are with BD25 or BD50 discs, you can leave them alone.

    Sincerely Yours
    Malcolm Wang
