Backing up 3d blu-rays w/ full disc option to 25gb media, help?settings? please

Trying to backup Avatar 3d blu-ray and I cannot access 3d mode only 2d mode for playback... it just hangs up and resets to main menu... the menus are in 3d, and it will play 2d but just resets for 3d playback.

Any thoughts, I needed it compressed to 25gb - no HD audio neeed

Special settings? Default settings in dvdfab blu-ray copy using the 'full disc' setting.

not able to compress 3D blu-ray using blu-ray copy you need to use clone mode and no compression.
