Please try the following means to see if you can get it to work:

1. Download and install version 8.0.6.0, as Videoman indicates;
2. Check if your DVDFab is internet accessible;
3. Open DVDFab first, then insert disc to your BD drive;
4. Disable(Shut down) all the other applications you are running (players, especially), which may access your BD drive before DVDFab;

No problems with this movie like mentioned also you may need to wait 5 or more minutes for DVDFab to open the Blu-ray

I had the same problem, took almost 10 minutes but it finally opened it.
