Failed Error 1010

Hey all,

I am a newbie at this stuff I read some about making sure your settings are software. I did and am still not able to completely copy a movie to harddrive.
I am including a copy of the log file. If anyone can help me resolve this issue It would be much appreciated.

Hi Bluechip,

Please upgrade to the latest version of DVDFab 8.0.6.1 at http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm to copy this bd movie (North America/US AVATAR )again.

OK I upgraded to 8.0.6.1 and still got the same results. It will copy the main movie but not the entire disk is this normal? I am including the log file.
