Cannot play backed up discs in player

I am new to Blu-Ray backup I am a veteran backing up my dvd collection, But this is definately another animal. I have been trying to do a full bd25 backup of my Blu-Rays including menu. I have followed all the directions on this forum but everytime I go to play in my players it is either invalid disc or it just kicks them back out. And on 1 the warriors it takes me to menu and stops there. My players are Sony BD s570 and Samsung bd-c6500. My burners are lg BH10ls30 & lg wh10ls30, all firmware up to date. These rips did play on powerdvd 8. I have tried 2 different media tdk 4x BDR and tdk 1x 2x BDRE which player states was invalid. I have made almost 20 coasters with kodak 4x disc ID PHILIP-R04-000

    Help Us Help You

If you are posting about an operational problem with one of the DVDFab products, you will improve the speed and accuracy of the response by providing some information in the very first post that will probably be needed.

First, make note of any error codes or messages that appear in popup boxes and put them in your post. Information on error codes that appear in the DVDFab UI are captured in one of the logs we request below.

DVDFab keeps logs of its activities that supply basic system information and can help pinpoint where and when an error happened and help pinpoint the cause. The default location for these logs on most Windows systems is:

    C:\Documents and Settings\your username\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

The logs are simple text files that can be opened with Windows Notepad. If the size exceeds the forum’s attachment size limit, you may need to delete older entries or copy and paste the relevant ones into a new file.

dvdfab_internal.log Attach for all problems. Time stamped, most recent at the bottom. Please edit to include only the most recent or relevant log session.

dvdfab_burn_vso.log Attach for all problems. The entries are time stamped with the most recent at the top.

dvdfab_burn_imgburn.log Attach if you have ImgBurn set as the burning engine and the problem concerns disc burning. Time stamped with the most recent at the bottom.

dvdfab_process.log Attach if DVDFab crashes and the crash report window does not come up or complete correctly or if internal error codes appear in the DVDFab window (“Task Failed…”). Time stamped, most recent at the bottom.

    Other Information:

Depending on the nature of the problem, it can help to know:
If this happens with all discs or just one
    Your operating system/CPU/memory configuration
If you are using external hard drives or optical drives
If you have made any recent changes to your OS or system hardware
If you have other DVD or BD software installed, particularly if recently added.

Posts with all the requested information will be answered first.

Try disabling DVDFab Passkey when Imgburn is burning, as it seems it might interfere with it. Also, this has nothing to do with your problem, I was just wondering, do you know what the difference is between your two BD burners? The BH10LS30 and the WH10LS30.

I have tried that, it did not make a difference. And I am not sure of the difference between the two drives.

How does your burner perform? And what media are you using ?

My burner is the LG GGW-H20L, it's a little older now, it's the model that has the HD DVD reading capability, but I've never had any issues with it. Your burners are generally the same as mine, except for the HD DVD support and yours burn/read faster, so they should be doing fine. Try updating the firmware if you can. The media I use is the Optical Quantum shiny silver ones from newegg.com. They work beautifully.

                          Hi y2krebel,

Couple of things hit me right off.
Your burn speeds are all over the place.

                          12:02:47 Average Write Rate: 30,339 KB/s (6.7x) - Maximum Write Rate: 36,149 KB/s (8.0x)

                          10:14:42 Average Write Rate: 17,488 KB/s (3.9x) - Maximum Write Rate: 18,086 KB/s (4.0x)

                          11:42:14 Average Write Rate: 75,706 KB/s (16.8x) - Maximum Write Rate: 117,874 KB/s (26.2x)

Recommend you set up Automatic Write Speed function in Img.
Alternatively, you can use Img as a standalone app and select the ripped files as your source content.
I'd still set up the AWS function regardless.

The disc burned at 4X played ok in your pc, but not your standalone player.
Recommend that you change blank media as well.

                          Try some Verbatim.
Burn at 2X or 4X depending on the MID, certainly no faster than 4X

                          //Edit
                          Just spotting Racem22's post now.
I never burn BD, just view 'em off my hdd, but you can take Racem22's advice to the bank..try some of the Optical Quantum he suggested
