Alien 1979 BD on HDD only shows 1481MB

Hi guys
Any idea why when i try to make a full disc, the aplication scanner
shows me that the alien BD ripped on MY HDD is 1024 MB, when is 44.8 GB, It´s like would not detect the whole movie at all

Maybe I have not been clear on my issue, sorry about that

I have Alien 1979 bd on my disc, I´m trying to shrink it into a BD25, Right after I select the folder as a source the aplication makes a prior scan to check how big the BD is, instead of showing me 40 something gbs just show me 1480 MB , which is imposible since in that amount a movie cant fit.

How do you make the folder backup? I assume it's done by DVDFab.

Please zip two folders "\BDMV\CLIPINF\" and "\BDMV\PLAYLIST\" then upload it to the thread, thanks.
