Step Up 3 no audio

Hi, I have tried using passkey 8.0.1.3 and ver 8.0.6.1 dvdfab, neither will do the audio track, the only audio track copied is the commentry track. The DVD is the 2D version of Step Up 3.

I also had some problems with Step Up 3 but here is how I ultimately solved it. Using DVDFab v8.0.6.1

1. Clone the entire blu ray disk to hard drive.
2. Open clone iso file and make Full Disk Copy minus HD Audio.
3. Open Full Disk Copy and make Main Movie Copy using the 1st (top) english audio track.
4. Burn using ImgBurn

I'm not saying that this is the only way to do it (step 2 might not be necessary but you still need to get rid of the HD audio) but it is the way I was able to put my main movie backup fully intact to a 25gb disk.

Thanks, I had tried this (copy and tick the remove HD audio), the only difference was that I did not copy to another DVD - it did not work. The weird thing is that the movie plays ok (with sound) from within dvdfab.
