I have think I have tried most of the basuc options that can be check or unchecked. The picture is awsome and the audio is fine. I have a trial version. also, it happens when I convert to ipad but not all movies. i had no problem with the fifth element but had narration with grown ups. kinda new at this so please be kind!

Need more info so the internal logs located in document-dvdfab-log will be helpful. Also what exactly are you doing to copy your Blu-rays?
