failed to write to DVD message

I am using Blu-ray Copy feature to copy a Blu-ray 'Main Movie' to a Blu-Ray 25GB disk.
When it gets to the 'burn' process I always receive the message that it has '..failed to write to DVD..'

This action, of course, makes the Blu-ray disk I wish to write to unusable

I am not burning to a DVD...I am burning to a Blu-Ray disk inserted into the Blu-Ray burner.

I am using a Plextor PX-940SA Blu-ray burner with firmware 1.08 on Windows Vista 64 bit

Is this a known issue with DVDFab Blu-Ray Copy version 8.0.6.1?

I have had the same problem many times (today with "The American"..George Clooney)

It will download perfectly but when it comes time to put in the blank blu ray disc, a pop up will say "Failed to Burn would you like to try again" yes or no.
Even if I click on yes and insert another disc it will not copy.

have had this happen quite often and never been able to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated as I am tired of wasting my discs.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
