Hello all, new to the forum. I have come across a weird problem. After inserting a Blu-ray disk or DVD, DVDfab starts the standard reading disk progress bar. The progress bar gets about half way and then disappears, never does a full bar. If I close and reopen DVDfab it will attempt to rescan the DVD/Blu-Ray but the same thing happens again. If you go to browse to the disk with the folder icon you can still see the BR drive and select it but it does the same thing. You barely even see the scan bar progression before it disappears. Tried this with my Blu-Ray and regular DVD burner with same results. Any ideas?
