Prefered Method of Backing up Blu-ray

Holy crap my head is spinning!!!! I have spent the last 3 hours scouring(sp?) the forums looking for the prefered method for backup up Blu-rays. In the past I have always choesen the route of Clone Disc and created an iso on my HD, then used DVD Decrypter or IMGBurn to burn. With Blu-rays is this still a good way of doing things or should I be doing something different?? I backed up my first BD lastnight (A-Team), the copy process went fine, burning went fine, but payback didn't. I get about 10 minutes in and it jumps back and goes into a loop. Is this a result of my chosen method?

With Blu-rays is this still a good way of doing things or should I be doing something different?? I backed up my first BD lastnight (A-Team), the copy process went fine, burning went fine, but payback didn't. I get about 10 minutes in and it jumps back and goes into a loop. Is this a result of my chosen method?
Here is the preferred method! Using the newest ver of Fab burn the entire movie to the HDD as a 50GB then if you wish to compress do so on the HDD at this point you will not need the original disc!! You can do what ever you want from that point i.e. main movies, clone....so if you do main movie put your 50GB movie you just saved to the HDD as the source and output will be you HDD again select down at the bottom BD25 if thats what you are using it will compress it down to that size you don't loose to much with main movie because they are usually not much bigger 1-6GB more maybe. Anyways when thats all done you will be left with a folder with the movie name and the right size. Next open up ImgBurn select write files and folders to disc you will be brought to a screen where you can add the files, there are 2 BDMV and certificate if you add one as the process goes it will ask if you want to add the other say yes select the name of the disc and your off!

            Hi dvdfab8newbie
Along with the excellent advice given by DiabloZoe, consider installing ImgBurn as your burn engine it is "free" and you will find a tutorial on setting it up with Fab here do not forget to set up the AWS and you may also try lowering your burn speed to 2x.
Do your self a favor and update your XP operating system from SP2 to SP3 as you are clearly years behind.

Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.
