      **update**

I took cuda off and running straight software encoding and right now its on 46%. I'm hoping it works I did get a good burn image but the directors commentary was on it and couldnt get it off . I also let it scan the disc completely instead of canceling the process, does that make a difference?

I'd send along the error code to Fengtao...

Is the error reproduced when ripping Expendables in Full Disc?

commentary is showing up as sound
I had the same problem Make sure you're only checking the top choice of the list in the audio section which is a dts audio track. If you also have the English 3/2 checked you'll get the comantary.

              Hi, unknownbluray,

Please play the original disc on your standalone BD player first, switch the audio tracks to find out which one does not include the commentary, then you can determine which one is the main title, and which audio stream is your need, load it to DVDFab to copy again to see the result.

              Sincerely Yours
