    Hi blacksky
I am not sure as to what the problem is for Stargate, but for Saving Private Ryan
    I 16:42:50 Size: 25,385,694,976 bytes
this size will not fit on a SL BD-R disc, Open Fab Click the Green top right > DVD/Blu-Ray > Write > change the Writable Media size for BD-25 to 23700 or lower.

Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.

Thanks for your response, made the changes suggested.
Copied The Town and it came out a 10.
Re-processed Stargate all went well until I tried to play it in my HP Envy laptop, the disc wouldn't open.
Opened computer, the BR Drive, right clicked open with, tried PowereDVD 10 Ultra, no luck, used the default HP software player; which showed the main movie file and the certifacate file.
Opened the main file went to stream opened it and the movie plays.

I am new to copying Blu Ray but and old pro at copying DVD. I have been using DVDShrink , DVD Decryptor, other software and DVDFAB for years.
So please bare with me as a NUB here on the forum.
All of your help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
I have the process running at home and when I return from work today, I will post my latest results.
