Should it take 2 hours to copy BD Main Movie to HDD?

When I use Blu-ray Copy to Target my HDD with no compression (i.e., BD50) it consistently takes about 2 full hours to copy the Main Movie (usually about 25GB). Is this normal?

Secondly, the only reason I copy uncompressed to my HDD was to "save wear" on the BD drive during compression. Based on the uncompressed copy speed it looks like a lot of processing is happening anyway so is this step really saving my BD drive?

    Please reset DMA settings.

Can you point me to any instructions for doing this in Windows 7?

I had to upgrade the firmware on one of my optical drives to get the computer to boot with DMA Reset, but now I'm down below an hour to rip a BD.

            I'm running an Athlon 7850 (dual-core) at 2.8GHz with 4GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 3200, 64-bit Win 7.
