Backing up a 2d and 3d movie

Hi ,
Got the following problem I want to back up Journey to the centre of the earth which is over 25gb so i select the main movie and strip out all the junk down to 16 gb. However I need to select another movie file which has the 3D movie on it. When i do this it deselects the 2d film .

Any advice help appreciated

This is ok. There are actually two different (one 2D and one 3D) movies on the BD! And you cannot shrink both movies to one BD25, because there would be no menu to select which version you want to view. So you have to use two separate discs, if you want to backup both versions of the movie. Otherwise a BD50DL and a full disc backup will solve your problem.
