Confused about settings

Okay, I'm confused as to what settings I need to do in the preferences etc. I want to do a 3D BD clone and load to ISO to play back by TMT5. I've done this and some play, but others won't like Avatar. What settings do I need that others keep talking about. I thought I just need to select clone and click and go to create ISO, then mount on a virtual drive, but it appears that isn't all there is to it...

Clone will make a 1:1 bit copy minus the protections and there is no settings change in Fab for Clone mode. TMT5 forum may provide more answers, I think I read it's having problems with some 3D disc/iso files.
