Help I keep getting directors commentary

Hi I have tried almost all of the angles and audio possibilities when doing a movie only copy of blu ray every time I rip it and try to play back with tmt5 I get the directors commentary for the audio. Any suggestions thanks. oops the movie is DAYBREAKERS Lionsgate.

Thank you for the info you forgot one little tidbit of info that was to de select the AC3 then it works thank you.
