Help: steps to copy movie only to BD-5 (25G)

Newbie...sorry

Still somewhat unclear exactly steps to copy MOVIE ONLY to BD-5 (25G).

Most of my movies are about 31G or so..

I had thought it was:

1. Use DVDFab to copy complete move to hard drive.
or rip H.264 to hard drive (?)
2. Use BD Rebuild to rebuild the files to a BD-5 format size
3. ImgBurn to burn to BD-5

can someone simplify?

BD5 is not a BD25 but rather a H.264 format that is Blu-ray format that is a 4.7gb DVD size that can play in your Blu-ray player
