I cannot backup my Generation Kill BR ;

I want to convert it for PS3.

Please open Common Settings->General->A/V Codec, set all the video decoder options as software and set video encoder as software, then convert/copy again to see the result.

"error 502.12 7" means file header writed failed. We need report this movie to our tech for further checking. We will give you a reply once get resolution.

You can also try to convert the other bd movies to see is you still get the same error or not.
