UP BD will not open

For some reason UP BD does not open, Fab just scans it for hours.

I tried the previous firmware release and now tried the new 6.2.0.5 with out any luck.

I also tried all 3 options/settings of player path.

I can play this BR disc on the same PC with the Cyberlink player and on my BD player.

Any sugestions?

It could be that it has BD+ protection , if you have saved it try using the beta 6202.if you didn't then go to the beta release and reinstall

Thanks for the suggestion. I reloaded 6.2.0.2 but still have the same issue. Fab still will not open the BR disc “Up”.

Do you have an internet connection on this PC as BD+ requires it to retrieve keys, etc?

Yes, it does have an internet connection.
