Blu-ray Copy Full Disk

I have a Blu-ray LG Burner HL-DT-ST BD-RE WH10LS30 disk drive
and every time i try to make a back up copy the disk witch is a blu-ray disk it stop at 39% give me a error. can some one help!!!

I have the very same burner and i am not haveing any problems except for 1 film i have backed up more than 130 films with this burner and it works great.
post all your settings logs,pc settings ect.
