The error you were getting is
122 HWS_FAILED_CALIBRATING 22 // Write failed at the beginning of the media (often a media that is poorly supported by the drive)
Please lower your burn speed to 4X or 2X, you are burning way to fast.
If you continue to have problems I suggest you install and burn with ImgBurn, it is "free" and a you will find a tutorial on setting it up with Fab here http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=33, remember to set up the AWS and set your burn speed to 1/2 the rated speed of your disc's.
Also make sure that you are using the latest version of Fab here http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=12121
