    MKV on media device problem

    every movie i make to a mkv will not play on my neotv 550,
    i have backed up 300 and the departed as iso...300 works great but the departed has a audio delay. any advice?

    sorry messed up on the title name, also having mkv problems playing on this device

      Yeah, give us some more details and it would also be wise to find the Netgear forum where this device is discussed.

      1. How you created ISO?
      2. Profile for creating MKV?
      3. How you are playing the file (eg USB, eSata, Network, Wired, Wireless)
      4. Whether file has similar problems playing wiith VLC from PC?

        iso was created as a full disk....but after messing around with it i think its the neotv 550

        mkv are backed up under blu ray ripper but again after messing around i discovered it works on my wd live tv but not the neotv 550

        playing the movies off harddrive via usb

          on my receiver i had to increase the ms setting from 0 to 220
