BD to iso with blu-ray copy

I am newbie. Have been able to make iso file with blu-ray copy using movie only mode. When I use Full Disc mode the program freezes between 25 and 75 % of copy process. Any help would be appreciated

What reason are you making an ISO? Are you burning to BD then playing on a BD player or playing on the computer?
    For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s)and post right here.

          Hi

          1. Please open Common Settings->General->A/V Codec, set all the video decoder options as software and set video encoder as software, then convert/copy again to see the result.

          2. Then copy the film with the folder as the target first and then create an iso with the video files as the source to see whether you still have the freeze problem or not.
