What to do with error ?

Hi.. I am trying to copy Law Abiding Citizen unto my hard drive but after 30 % I get a pop up say >>> Error while reading . Please choose what to do <<< Then I give 4 options >>> Retry , Abort , Ignore , Ignore All

For now I did choose Ignore and I am just curious if their some sore of log I can post as to why the error happen in the first place , if so ? Where do I find it ? Thanks

Are you sure the bottom of the disc is clean? Look at it under a bright light and see if you notice any specks or dirt. If there is something on it, make sure you blow first with canned air and if that doesn't work, wipe it off with a soft shimmy cloth after spraying something like eyeglass cleaner on it. It works like a charm as I've been using it for years.

Thanks for the respond .. Gave it a try and still didn't do the trick . It just might be the disc itself . Oh well , I'm try to find the default location where the log files goes , when I went to save it I didn't pay attention to the location .

        Hi dude905
The default location for logs is:
        For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
        or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
        or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s) and post right here.

Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.

Try going into settings and ignore all errors under DVD/Bluray read and see if that solves the problem? If not I have the move and I will try and duplicate the error for you!
          For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
          or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
          or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
