can't copy Skyline or Yogi Bear in Bluray!

First,my liscences are current,today,i tried to do a copy of Yogi Bear on blue ray and Skyline,blue ray.
The program wants to make a regular DVD copy,and not a bluray.it does the same thing on both discs.the discs are rented.Is there anything i can do to get it working in bly ray copy mode?
