    Hi bugme
This is not a burn failure, it is a copy failure.
If it was a burn failure you would need to post your burn logs.
You may give this a try by setting all Codec to software
Please Open Fab click the Click the Green at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, set Video Decoder to Software and set Video Encoder to Software restart Fab and try again.
    CBR929
Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.

In addition to CBR929's excellent advice, please do not compress from the original BD disc.
Initially, rip the main movie or full disc to your hdd.
Then compress (or further convert/modify) only from the already ripped hdd files.
This will reduce your chance of errors.

This BD shouldn't be a problem for Fab.
I just ripped Tron Legacy, R1, Main Movie using v.8082.
Like a hot knife through soft butter...

So, regnad, may I ask why you're using version 8.0.8.2 as opposed to 8.0.8.5? Do you feel it's more stable or what?

copied full disc to harddrive, then main movie to hard drive, then main movie to disc drive. Failure still occured. Recommended changes made.

I've been using older version 8.0.7.3. Have been having alot of issues with the new version. Such as freezing up during playback in certain movies such as Tangled,Jackass 3. Went back to this version and have no problems with these movies. I just backup Tron with version 8.0.7.3 and backup works fine. I would suggest going back to older version. Here is the link I think there is alot of bugs that need worked out on new version. Never had this problem before with new versions but for some reason this one is giving alot of problems with some movies. Hope this helps you.

8068 works great for tron and tron 3d, zero issues backing up. Dropped both as a clone on hdd, burned 3d version to 50gb 'clone' and compressed (quality mode) the bd to 25gb. Used imgburn for clone burn, used fab's engine for the burn on the compessed 2d bd.

I got my Tron disk in yesterday and proceeded to DL to HDD. I tried my local HDD and my usual Networked Server where I store the data. I keep getting an error about 30% thru the Movie Only process. I thought maybe I didn't have enough room on either HDD, so I made sure there was plenty of room. I tried a couple of times and still the error popped up and had to cancel the operation. I have two other disks, Red and Splice. Those DLd to my network server just fine. I'm going to try Tron again after work and promise to post logs. Any advice for Tron? I'm using XP Pro and DF v6.0.68. The disk looks clean and brand new.

SO i got home and could not get Tron to RIP. SO i did a clean install of Windows 7 and made a 2ndary NTFS partition over the old XP paritioin and TRON was successful the Rip. Gonna hang with Windows 7 now.

Wow! You reinstalled Windows 7 because of being unable to burn a blu-ray!?! You, sir, are better than me because I wouldn't even want to do that if the computer was messing up more than just BDs.

I Know, I know, however I have a dedicated PC that was used for just this purpose. I had recently added Vista and 7 to this PC for testing purposes on a different HDD. I was thinking of switching to 7 anyways since XP seemed to be having more issues over a time frame so I made the switch. Been doing pretty good since then. I got to get the Ram up to 2-3Gbs now and will be good to go.
