    Failed to Burn DVD

I have tried all the various types of burns and nothing works with the trial version of DVDFAB to DVD, Blue Ray or whatever version is latest just got it 4 days ago off this web site. I tried burning a disk and it does the copy and makes the ISO or folder or whatever you want just fine, but when I try to burn a disk DVD or Blue Ray it fails. The old version I have works fine for DVD to DVD and works with both my DVD drive and the Blue Ray drive. (I have 2 drives in this particular PC) I don't want to buy it if it has bugs. It always generates the same error "Failed to Burn DVD". Even if I was burning a Blue Ray making a Blue Ray to DVD or whatever. I know it is creating a good image since I can watch that and it is all there. The files, or the ISO both fine. Just gives the error when I try to burn "Failed to Burn DVD". I have looked here but in the mass of forums so far nothing has been posted and I read the manuals too, and spent the last 30 hours pulling my hair out. I am a computer techie type (actually engineer with a degree and 25 years in this field) and this has me stumped. HELP!

    Thanks!

Post your failed burn logs (just copy and paste the most recent). If using the included VSO burn engine then that may be the problem, it's buggy for some users but not all. Also install ImgBurn just be sure to follow instructions in it's forum on the main page to set up the aws.

      Hi Rlinnenbur
I agree with W&B, ImgBurn is a much better burn engine, you will find it here along with a tutorial on setting it up with Fab.

Are you still using the trial version or do you have the paid version?

If you have the trial and it has been more than 30 days you will not be able to compress or burn to disc.

As W&B stated we need your logs the default location is:
      For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
      or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
      or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s) and post right here.
