multiple m2ts problem

Hi, I've had a problem a few times when after doing a Blu-ray Copy Main Movie rip and end up with multiple m2ts files as opposed to one. When I go to play them after burning them some of them will stick for a few seconds while they are obviously jumping to the next m2ts file, and a couple have just refused to move to the next file, however If I start again and fast forward past that spot then rewind to it they usually work. The last movie this happened to was Legend of the Guardians, it got about three quarters of the way through then started stopping at each new file. Is there someway to stop this happening, or indeed is there some way to make DVDFab compile the multiple files into one m2ts file as it rips.

The multiple files are how the original disk is authored so BR Copy will not alter the original structure.

You could use BR Ripper to make one file.
