Will the next official verison release fix the Jackass 3 freezing playback problem?,

Playback problems - either freezing or pixellation - are NOT problems associated with the software (DVDFab).

They can usually be attributed to one (or more) of three things:

1.) Failing burner
2.) Burning too fast (or too slow)
3.) Crappy media

On your next post, please include your internal and process logs so we can take a look and see what the problem really is.

Looking at the O.P. post history to date they have never provided logs and done nothing but complain. This is not the only forum they have been "pestering". Just ignore future post until they provide the info they've been asked to provide.
