Ability to "Merge"?

Hello all,

I am looking for something that will allow me to merge titlesets into one output (a la the Merge option in DVD-Copy) but now for Blu-rays. Is there anything that I'm missing in the Blu-ray Copy options that would accomplish this? Or is there another product (in the DVD Fab family or outside) that allows you to do this?
