Reading?Writing control error "Inside Job"

I am having difficulty backing up my personal copy of Inside Job. I receive an error message at about 70% completion that says Reading/Writing Error Control. with the options of Retry, Abort, Ignore, and Ignore all.

I have searched the forum and only see an issue with the audio that was posted.

Is there any way I can troubleshoot this??

Have you tried to upgrade to the newest official version?

I had received the message from the program that I was using the most up-to-date version, but I see that there is another version, 8.0.9.1.

I upgraded and tried ripping again: same problem, unfortunately...
