bluray copy problem - cinevia?

Hello just trying yo copy salt, cinevia protetion i have set it to make a protected backup, everytime it finishes building and asks me to insert a blank media to start write process, yet when iu put a blank media in the dialogue box stays open scanning and nothing happens, can someone help?

You will have to post some more info like your logs, which burning engine you are using? What you have your settings at. First your logs they are on your c drive under documents DvdFab. Also we need to make sure you burner can burn protected back ups!
