    can a bad disc cause the app to crash? It plays fine on the BD Player.

    I'll go exchange it and see.

        Same Problem here with Region B Disc

        92 did crash, and 96 did nothing

              Just for everyone's benefit, I replaced the disc and it backed up okay with 8.0.8.5, would have been good if I could have tried the new version with the old disc... anyway it worked!
