DVDFAB bluray analyzing problem

The bluray scanner(analyzer) doesn't start (normal and slow).What information do you need about this problem because there is no log.I have windows 7 64bit.
I tested many bluray's and it just doesn't start analyzing any stream.

There are logs they are on you c drive under documents DVDFab copy and paste the internal log for the disc you were trying to burn also you might try and re install fab again

I know that the logs excist but do they show any info about the bluray analysis?
Anyway I will reinstall dvdfab.It helps sometimes.
Edit: I reistal v8.0.9.8 and the problem isn't sovled so I installed version 8.0.9.2 and it works perfectly.

As soon as you open fab a log is started. Also your dl of .9.8 could have been corrupted but if .9.2 works then stay with it! I use an older version because I don't have any issues!

I downloaded again v8.0.9.8 , installed it and it works.Also it's 10 kbs smaller than the other v8.0.9.8 I had.
