    warning: demux first frame is not the IDR frame

    Hi,

    I am trying to shrink a self-made video with about 33GB which contains 33 m2ts files to a 25GB blu-ray disc.

    Unfortunately DVDFab chrashes after a while. The last log entry is:

    "warning: demux first frame is not the IDR frame"

    What does it mean?

    Thanks for your help!

    Dirk

    @dirki
    This means that your first frame in not IDR frame.

    You have to remove RTP header to see (show) 124 value on first byte, i.e. first frame is I-frame.
