Morning Glory won't rip

I am having little success in ripping BR disc Morning Glory. It will open & show all the chapters & audio but when trying to scan it gives me an error reading the disc

Your disc has reading problem, please try cleaning disc to see the result.

That's one of the first things I do when I have problems reading the disc is to clean it. The 2 discs I did before & after this one worked fine. The original will also play back OK in the same drive

How old is your burner?

Its about a year old. I've updated the firmware to it a couple times when they've come out as well.

Did you have try again with the issue disc? and is the issue still repro?

Yes I did try it a couple more times & it seems like it fails at about 20% of the scan.

Hi All
I notice there was an issue with Morning Glory from a couple of months ago. I have a UK region 2 DVD which will not read. As soon as I insert it into the reader, the software hangs and I have to restart it. I have tried both version 7 and the latest beta version 8 but both do the same thing. I cannot send a log as it hangs and does not get to the log stage. Any suggestions please?
