How to backup discs with episodes??

I've done a fire bit of searching on this and would like to get some opinions on the best way to backup Blu-Rays like Band of Brothers, The Pacific, basically any tv episode type disc. I would like to retain most of the quality, but do not need the extras, but there is no way to do a Main Movie and keep the menus. Any ideas or opinions?

To backup TV episode series, you have to use Full Disc or Clone mode, as Main Movie mode can only process one title per time, and yes there is currently no way to add menus and remove the extras for this kind of disc when you are with Main Movie.
