Can't get rid of subtitles on Dark Knight

Hi,
I'm using 8.1.0.0 copying Blu Ray discs to Hard Drive MKV files. I just finished copying the movie "The Dark Knight" and the MKV file has subtitles during playback. I chose "AC-3 TrueHD/5.1" as the audio choice, as I always do if available. I copied once with the "English Subpicture" checked and once without it checked. Both resulted in the same 'subtitled on playback' condition. How can I get rid of the subtitles?

I just saw the option "Display only forced subpicture" and I am trying a run with it checked. I'm hoping this will do it.
